What happened to Gabby Petito?
- During their journey across the western United States, someone on the road called the cops to report a male hitting a girl. The day was Aug 12, 2021.

According to an autopsy report released on November 23, 2021, Brain Laundrie was discovered dead and committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with his own gun at Myakkahatchee Creek Environmental Park.
- Attorney Steve Bertolino told Chris and Roberta Laundrie that “the cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head, and that the manner of death was suicide”.
